Alaska Grown and Certified Natural Beef Snackstick, fully cooked and vacuum sealed in a see-through plastic pouch. This spicy 5 oz lean beef-stick has a taste of heat that will tantalize your taste buds.  It has been seasoned to enhance the flavor and give it some spice that is quite hot when heated, just right served cold as a snack.  It has sodium nitrite added to protect against botulism and spoilage.  With grass fed beef, you are treating your body right.  This sausage is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast, for home use, and healthy diets. Package size 2 ¾" x 5 ½”, and contains four ¾” x 5” sticks.  Requires refrigeration.  Shelf life 3 months refrigerated, 18 months frozen.

Ingredients: Beef from Sitkinak Island Alaska, salt, corn syrup solids, spices, dehydrated garlic, sodium nitrite 6.25%, less than 2% sodium aluminate and silicon dioxide to prevent caking, and FD&C red #3 (.00099%).  Contains NO MSG.

This healthy convenience product was raised and processed by the Mudd family on their ranch on Sitkinak Island in Alaska.  Every piece was cut right here on our ranch.  The cattle graze free on lush grass and utilize seaweed for nutrition in the winter time.  This beef is not “organic”, it is Beyond Organic.  Know where your food comes from, buy local.
