Alaska Grown and Certified Natural Mild Jalapeno Beef Sausage, fully cooked and vacuum sealed in a see-through plastic pouch. This 8 oz package of lean sausage is a mild version of sausage for customers with sensitive taste buds.  It has been seasoned to enhance the flavor and give it a little kick when heated, and has sodium nitrite added to protect against botulism and spoilage.  With grass fed beef, you are treating your body right.  This sausage is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast, for home use, and healthy diets. Package size 4” x 6", contains four 3/4“ by 5“ sticks.  Requires refrigeration.  Shelf life 3 months refrigerated, 18 months frozen.

Ingredients: Beef from Sitkinak Island Alaska, salt, corn syrup solids, spices, jalapeno pepper, dextrose, whole mustard seed, sodium nitrite 6.25%, less than 2% tricalcium phosphate and sodium aluminate as an anticake, and FD&C red #3 (.00099%).  Contains NO MSG.

This healthy convenience product was raised and processed by the Mudd family on their ranch on Sitkinak Island in Alaska.  Every piece was cut right here on our ranch.  The cattle graze free on lush grass and utilize seaweed for nutrition in the winter time.  This beef is not “organic”, it is Beyond Organic.  Know where your food comes from, buy local.

We have tested our products at many food shows and find this sausage to fit everyone’s taste buds.  Some say it is not spicy enough, but has been a very good seller.   We use this to heat and serve in food booths as “Sausage-on-a-stick”.
