Our Beyond Organic grass fed ground beef comes in either 2 or 10lb packages. It is lean and meaty with an excellent flavor. This product is freshly packaged and frozen raw. It is approximately 85% lean which is ideal for hamburger patties, cooked crumbled, or even making homemade jerky and sausage.
