Alaska Grown and Certified Natural Beef Summer Sausage, fully cooked and vacuum sealed in a see-through pouch. This 12 oz lean sausage is our most basic flavor with seasonings added to enhance the flavor and sodium nitrite to protect against botulism and spoilage.  With grass fed beef, you are treating your body right.  This sausage is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast, for home use, and healthy diets. Package size 4” x 6", contains three 1 ¼“ by 5 ½“ sticks.  Requires refrigeration.  Shelf life 3 months refrigerated, 18 months frozen.

Ingredients: Beef from Sitkinak Island Alaska, salt, corn syrup solids, spices, mustard, sodium nitrite 6.25%, less than 2% tricalcim phosphate and sodium aluminate as an anticake, and FD&C red #3 (0.00099%).  Contains NO MSG.

This healthy convenience product was raised and processed by the Mudd family on their ranch on Sitkinak Island in Alaska.  Every piece was cut right here on our ranch.  The cattle graze free on lush grass and utilize seaweed for nutrition in the winter time.  This beef is not “organic”, it is Beyond Organic.  Know where your food comes from, buy local.
